Email-to-Board: Card arrives, but no links!

My email-to-board functionality technically works, but every time there is a link embedded in the text of the email, it doesn't make it to the card!! Is there a way to make sure links survive the email-to-card process??

Thanks for reaching out!

Hmm, that definitely sounds strange. In my testing, links in emails do appear in card descriptions and card comments. That said, I did notice that hyperlinks aren't formatted correctly, and that the links appear as separate URLs.

Are you seeing the same issue? Or, do you not see any links at all?

Hi Lara! Thanks so much for the reply. The card is completely absent of any link at all! All the original text of the email is correctly on the card, but no link.

When using the third party app Zapier to make emails appear on cards on my board, the links from our customer emails would correctly populate, but no such luck so far using the email-to-board setting :(
