Error: “The object can not be found here..” when accessing a card/board

Dear Trello Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue when trying to access a card or board on Trello. I receive the following error message:

Error: The object can not be found here..

at s (https://trello.com/assets/board-list-view.fb52f72c4a1d70f2cfa8.js:5947:110409)

This issue appears to occur more frequently when using Trello in Korean. It seems that the error is related to the localized (translated) version of the interface.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Refreshing the page
• Logging out and logging back in
• Trying another browser and incognito mode
• Clearing cache and cookies

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Could you please investigate whether this is related to a specific card/board, my account permissions, or the language settings?

You mentioned that you receive this error whenever you try to open the cards and the board. Does this issue persist on all the boards and all the cards on your account?

Can you try to access Trello from a different device (different laptop) and let me know if the issue still persists?
I checked with your Gmail account and it seems you are not a member of the board with that email. I removed the email and board link from the post due to PII. But can you confirm the username of your account?

Also, when did this issue start?
