When csv / excel is mailed to Trello to create new cards with those files, Trello sometimes cuts the file, and not all the rows that should arrive. Is this a known bug? How can I solve this problem?

@Luis Cortés free accounts are limited to 10MB per file attachment. Could it be the case that your attachments exceed that file size?

In this case the file that I attach by email weighs 7.9MB, and the one that Trello receives is 8.6MB. So, this one is heavier, but for some reason it is incomplete.

@Luis Cortés I think you're going to need to get in touch with Trello support by going through the process at trello.com/contact and allowing them to get access to the board where they can see the file having arrived incomplete.
