Finding cards belonging to a particular staff member

Is there any way I can find all of the open jobs belonging to a particular staff member?  They are not a "member" on the cards but are supposed to be adding information, they have been @ on the job so have received requests for information on the cards.

If they're not a member on the cards, you could try filtering by keyword and referencing the name of the users per these steps: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/filtering-for-cards-on-a-board/#Filtering-by-keyword. :)
