Getting a Butler failed alert.

I am getting a butler failed alert, since I created a new board. When I click on the alert to see my butler logs it wont let me access the page. I am the admin on the board and only person on the Board. I don't see why it won't let me view it ?

This is a bug and Atlassian are aware of it...

I reported this on 23rd January

Atlassian confirmed this as a bug on 30th January.

Our development team identified this issue as a bug. They can prioritize working on its fix, depending on the severity of the issue and the number of customers affected, among other criteria.

While I don't have an ETA on when a fix for the issue will be pushed, we will deploy it as soon as one is available

A further update was provided on 15th February.

I'm sending this message to let you know that our developers are still working on the internal bug ticket. They're currently prioritizing many other projects, but this issue will definitely be one of them.

Sadly, there's still no ETA our team would commit to in resolving this problem.
