I deleted your email from your description due to the sensitivity of the information. But don't worry, we can check the email attached to your account, and I saw they're the same.
Were you the responsible for connecting this board to Teams channel? You also need access to the board. In case not the admin can invite you.
You also need to be using the same email you were invited on Teams, or be invited with the correct email.
You could also try to update the Trello app inside MS Teams. You can do this by going to Manage your apps > Select Trello app > Upgrade app for the channels.
If you don't have the option to update it all, could you remove the apps from the channels you have been facing problems with and then go to the channel and re-add it?
I found the Manage your apps by clicking on the three dots of the left-side menu > Get more apps, and you'll see the option.
