How to transfer Trello private board's ownership

Does anyone know how to transfer a Trello's private board ownership from one account to another? One of my departed colleagues who left a private board that none of other board members has admin right to transfer its ownership out. Thank you in advance for your help!

There currently isn't to transfer ownership of a board like that without the current admin performing that action.
