In Trello, is it possible to allow Trello Users to only comment on selected boards and not all?

I know how to turn on Commenting for an entire board. But I'm curious if there's a way to restrict commenting on specific cards only.  Is this possible? And if yes, how?

For example, I might want to allow commenting, but not on all cards.

Gary, we don't offer card level commenting permissions. We only offer permissions at the board level.
