Every time we go through a process, we need to create an identical checklist on each of many of the cards in the process. The number of items being tracked could range from 1 - 20, Is there a way to create the checklist once and then automate its copying to multiple cards, or do we have to open each card individually to add the checklist?
Thanks
@Susan_M yes! you can do this with trello automation! For instance if it's a checklist you use regularly, like for packing, you can create a card with that checklist, and then make a rule to add it to specific cards.
You just need to define when you want that to happen, for instance if its when a card moves into a certain list, or when you click a button, or when it contains some text.
Here's an example of how one of mine is set up.
The trigger is when a card contains "pack" in the name:
And the action for adding the checklist
