I realize this may not be possible given that Outlook e-mails are not usually stored in Trello. But, since I understand that Trello can connect with Outlook Calendar, I thought I would just ask.
Is there any way for Trello to store my To-Do list e-mails from Outlook? I would then like to edit the e-mails in Outlook and have them automatically updated into Trello and vice versa. If such is possible, it would help out a lot since I have been relying heavily on Outlook in sending e-mails with To-Do lists to everyone.
Thank you.
We don't have a built-in integration with Microsoft's to-do lists, but I did a little searching and found an option that might be a good fit. It looks like there is a connection between Trello and Microsoft To-Do created by Zapier. They're a connector company and they do great work: https://zapier.com/apps/trello/integrations/microsoft-todo
Another slightly more simple option would be to create the To-Do list directly within Trello, then share a link to that board, rather than managing the To-Do list within Outlook. This would have the advantage of avoiding any issues related to syncing those two lists, as well as having a public place to collaborate on those tasks with your Team, but the convenience of managing that list within Outlook would be lost, so that's something to consider!
Dear Cody,
Thank you for the time you spent on researching.
The information you provided is very helpful and informative.
I guess Zapier may be my only solution is if I want to integrate MS To-Do with Trello.
Thanks again.
