I have an end-user who is using the Trello Outlook add-in in a Mac environment.
The add-in is working fine on his laptop, but is not working on his Mac desktop.
I have looked for solutions online, as this isn't something I'm completely familiar with, but I'm not able to find information on the issue.
Any suggestions or documentation is greatly appreciated.

I've spoken with our team on this, but because Microsoft itself develops and maintains the Add-in, we're unfortunately not able to investigate or resolve the issue directly.
