Hi All,
I am very new to Trello.
I am currently setting up Trello to help structure my photography business. As it is currently set-up, i use Planyway as the calendar. When i input a job into Planyway it then creates a card in my board with that job title/date/time and some other information. The issue i am running into, is once the job is created via the calendar in planyway and the card created in my board, when i click into that card the planway section has the date but no times. When i then go back into Playway and look at the job again, the times have disappeared from there also. When i re-enter the times on the planyway job entry it then seems to stick in both Planyway and the card created in my board.
Is this a known issue? Or is there a setting i've missed?
Many Thanks
Mike
Hi @Michael Dodd, I'm here to help :)
The situation you described probably happens due to the default card duration being set as 1 day in Planyway. Which means that when you schedule a card through Trello, it syncs to Planyway as an all-day card.
Please change this setting to 1 hour, for example. And then create a new card or add a due date and time to an existing card to test:
Thanks Tania, will get this tested this morning, really appreciate the swift response

Hi @Michael Dodd 👋
Welcome to the Community! That's definitely not what you want happening, as far as I'm aware there are no known issues with the Power Up so my first recommendation would be to contact Planyway support. This way they can double check the backend and run through what could be causing this issue for you.
I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just ask away 😃
All the best,
Laura
