Premium and free or standard

We are 40 people. Is it possible to have 6 licences premium et 32 free for the same board ?

Yes, it is possible, if you have 6 of those users as workspace members, and the remaining 32 as single-board-guests (note: single board guests can only be on one board in that workspace). More details here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/board-guests/

I have already created a board with cards. We use it for free. How to upgrade to premium for 6 users? Is it possible to do a test for a month before paying for a year? Are there prices for businesses? We are a small company of 40 people.
