Price per user

Hi!

In my company we all use Jira. However, there are certain additional apps that only 1 or 2 teams are using.

My question is, should we always pay 3$ per user /month, for example, even if most of my colleagues don't use this app at all, or could we select which users can use that specific app and pay only for them?

Hi @Jehosúa Ibuarben unfortunately this is stone-written Atlassian policy and yes, you have to pay for the app for whole users you have in the instance.

So, does this mean that we pay that amount per month for EVERYONE who you invite to see a project in Trello, even if they aren't interacting with the app? If so, I'll be clearing out my user list!
