Can observers comment and upload graphics if given permission or is that only allowed for paid members? I am currently a user of Redbooth where we are allowed to have "external" members. We do not have to pay for these. They can comment and upload files. Want to know if Trello has this same allowance or if you have to be a paid member fo this
You can invite guests to your boards. We use this for clients. You also get to control their permissions (whether or not they can comment). Once someone joins the board, you can select their permission level: https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zuG7wwL
And, at a board level, you can choose which permission levels can comment. https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jru6vgqN
My experience is that they cannot, however, drag and drop images onto a card. Our clients have to send us a link to a file (like a drive link) via comment in order to add an image.
It's also worth noting that if a guest member is on 2 or more boards, you're going to get billed for them as "multi-board guests."
