Yes power-ups do not cause additional costs. With business class you can add unlimited power ups to your boards.

The difference between free and business class as said by Trello:

While free users are now able to enable one Power-Up per board, Business Class and Enterprise teams can still enable an unlimited amount of Power-Ups on team boards.

It's worth noting that the addition of the power-ups doesn't require any additional charges, but the power-ups themselves may. Many power-ups offer premium features that require additional payment not included in the Trello Business Class fee (since they are made by 3rd party companies that receive no revenue from Trello fees.)

That's about as clear as Mud !  This is BS...are the Power-ups free or not with Business Class and if not, why ?  $120 / year is expensive to then have to get nickeled & dimed by every cool power up you might want.  You should create partnerships with the developers and set one fair price where they get paid too.  

I added ONE power up for Hello Epics just to add a feature that should be included in the base product - subtask (or, in this case, "child cards").  Then i find out i get 14 free days and then it will be 3.99/month, just to do one little thing by adding subtasks.  Thats half-again the price of the Business Class subscription, so now i would be up to almost $170 per year with ONE power-up.

I have the same problem, Mark. And I´m brazilian, so I have to 5x this cost. And to get even better the support is only in english!

It would be amazing if Trello could create a Power-Ups category "FREE" to display all truly free power-ups. It would show Atlassian are thinking about their users more than their 3rd party premium power-up developers. The worst are actually power-ups that don't even declare in their initial descriptions that they're not free after a 14-day trial.

The experience of this so far for us as Trello newbies has been rather grabby and misleading.
