Billing Question

Quick question.   Over the past 3 years, we have accidently had 3 trello accounts and charged for each.  We got billed on 2 of those already for the year.   We have now deleted the other 2 work stations  and  for the future we should only have one bill.

However, our one remaining account says that I am on a free trial period and that I will be billed in 8 days.   We have already paid over $300 for this year.  How do I let my remaining account know that we are NOT on a free trail period....and that we are an established client and have already paid ...between the 3 account we used to have.

Hi Donna, sorry to hear you've had some frustrations with billing and multiple subscriptions.

I can see that you recently had a ticket open, and spoke with one of my teammates regarding getting these aspects sorted.

Taking a look from my side, I can see the Workspace that has a Free Trial enabled. My teammate disabled auto renew to ensure this doesn't charge you after the end date.

While we can't discuss account specific information on this forum - if you'd like to double check everything is in order - please feel free to respond back to your existing ticket (TRELLO-178535) with any further questions.

We'll be happy to double check, and manually cancel anything if needed. :)
