Browser version needs to be open when downloading attachments from desktop version

Hello fellow Trello users,

Whenever I want to download an attachment from the desktop version it will only work if I am logged into the browser version.

Is there a setting within the desktop version that will stop this happening?

Regarding your question, you need to be logged in to your Trello account in one of the supported web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) to be able to open and/or download the attachments. Check our supported browsers here https://help.trello.com/article/735-what-browsers-and-mobile-platforms-does-trello-support
