My question doesn't make much sense, but here is what I would like to do: Have one master board for my team and each team member have their individual boards. If a change is made to an individual board it will pull through and make the change on the team board as well. Is this possible? Is there software that integrates with Trello that would make that possible?
If you use zapier, that will bridge the gap ... equally, have a look at Bridge24.
These are a monthy cost though, but does make it happen.
Hey @Sheila Hackett ! Unito employee here :-) You can have your boards communicate with our integration! You can mirror your boards (like @Fabienne Gerhard mentioned), and here is some info about building a Trello master board! Let me know if you have any more questions, I'd be happy to help!

I have considered using Unito and other third party programs. but in the end I didn't like them because either I had to pay for them or it did too much.
My solution was make trello attachments and have rules or buttons that would find the last or first attachment then change the content of those cards. It almost works like mirroring.

welcome to this wonderful community
I really think your questions makes sense! Working with a master board to have overview is a pretty good idea! Check out the idea of card mirroring - there are several power-ups to check out:
and many others! Have a look what works out for you best!
There is also the opportunity to sync boards - check out this one. One of our teams made good experiences with this one.
