Can I link a card to a board?

I want to use one board for a To do list and another to turn some of my specific (broader) To do's into a series of smaller sub-goals.

I'd like to use a link in the card (in my To do list), to quickly access the board that contains the To do (broken down into sub-goals).

Is this possible?

@Lee Chipman yep just copy and past the link to the board onto the card, or choose "Attachments" and "Trello". You can actually just hover over a card and ctrl+v to paste onto it without opening it.
