Can’t add photo attachment because they are in unsupported format, pls help.

Hi everyone.

after updating my Trello. I could not add attachment to upload pics anymore. Any pics I try to upload it says unsupported formats. All my pics are taken from iPhone. It is in either JPG or HEIF. usually no issue. It is only after the update. Pls help

@Ming Jie Ow Thanks for reporting this. We've fixed this issue in the latest version of the iOS app (2023.17), which is live for some users but not everyone yet. It will be available to everyone on December 21st. So if you aren't able to download this version yet, sit tight, you should be able to very soon.

If you are already running the latest version (2023.17) and you are still running into this issue, please let us know! You can check this by visiting the Account tab in the Trello app (far right in the bottom navigation), scrolling to the bottom of the page, and looking for "Trello 2023.17".

What have you updated that is breaking this? You can't update Trello itself. Do you mean a Trello client app on your 'phone? Which one is it?
