Did the tab ordering in Trello cards change?

I'm sure when adding a comment I used to be able to get to the submit button with a single tab, but now it doesn't appear possible at all?

I've never used the tab-submit.

It seems the highlight isn't very clear, but I did it on a card with the 5th tab. It cycles through:

When I click enter after reaching "Save", the comment saves. Hope this helps!
