How do I send an email from the card?

Please let me know how you can configure sending a letter directly from the Trello card via regular e-mail (in particular, a work inbox on Yandex), and not via Outlook installed on your PC.
I attach a screenshot for visualization.

If you just add the user name @ with name, it will tag them, the system will then send them the message automatically.
