How to open an attachment

I am newly added to a board for work. I am unable to open any of the attachments on my pixel 3. Please help!

Are u accessing these attachments via google drive link. Please check if you are logged in . 

If there is another way you are trying  to access the attachment , please specify .

Hi Shannon !

If you are faced by a message saying that Android does not have an app to open that kind of file, the Trello app doesn't control this specific aspect, unfortunately. This is all on Android's side to define which apps are the correct app to associate with which filetypes. All Trello is doing is asking Android to open the file; from there, it's up to Android to open the correct app.
