Is it possible to edit butler in a template

I am trying to edit where a card goes after it has been created in a template: using butler, can I change one of the card buttons?

when a card is added to the board by anyone, move the card to the top of list "List" on board "Board Name"

Thank you for this suggestions.  Also my superior added me as admin which gave me the ability to manipulate reports.
