Question: Is there an easy way for me (or others) to "see" which automations I've set up with board?
Situation: I have a fairly simple board with 7 columns. When a card is moved from one column to the next, a new due date is established, a new owner is assigned, and a checklist is attached. When the checklist items are checked off, the card automatically moves to the next column. Etc, etc.
Problem: I know that I can go to AUTOMATION->RULES to read all of my automations. But that's alot to read and what I'd really like to do is show my team, via some sort of summary or workflow diagram what happens to a card when it's assigned to any column.
Is there any easy and simple way for me to generate a summary or diagram of my automations?
Hi @Tedd Shimp ,
In the Issue view, We have certain dialogue box called "Automation", From there you will be able to see all the rules that have been run on the issue.
If you are not able to see any rules try clicking on the refresh option on the right side of the dialogue box
Thanks.
@GNarsimhagowda - Empyra - Thank you for taking the time to reply. But, I should clarify:
1) I am using Trello (not JIRA)
2) I don't want to READ about the automations that I've configured. I know how to see the text that tells me what automations are in place.
3) I want to see a visual representation of those automations, similar to something like the following image that I started to do manually (but I want Trello or another tool to create it for me):
