We use Nextiva as our phone provider and when we receive emails with voicemail attachments they are wav format. If we attach that wav file to the card it will not play. It attaches fine, but when clicked a generic audio player comes up but all options are greyed out. We end up having to attach the entire email to the card, download the email, then play the attachment through Windows. Am I missing something? We have tried all browsers with the same end result. If there is an integrated player, there must a solution, right? Is there a power up that does this?
Hi Kevin,
I made some tests and after adding the .wav file at the card, you can click and play, like the screenshot below, are you not seeing that?
Can you share a screenshot or video if so?
