Issues adding my colleague as an admin

Hey @Mandy Murphy ! Are you adding an admin as a board or as a team? Here is some info on both:

Team* admins: https://help.trello.com/article/733-adding-an-admin-to-a-team

*Teams are members that have access to a shared group of boards
