For the past few days, I have not been able to see any information on my Trello boards. I just see the background picture. I found a few work arounds, but today, I cannot see anything, whether I open the board from my email or Trello.
Do I need to update the tool? How do i do this? Thanks for your help.
There were a few other people on this forum reporting the same problem. It seemed to have something to do with a Windows upgrade that caused information in Trello to be invisible.
Can you make sure you are up-to-date with your OS and browser?
@NPP Marketing are you able to see the information if you open it via the mobile app, in a new session created in an incognito session, or using a different web browser?
