Not able to join group

Anyone has seen this issue before? When I am invited to a group in my company I saw this error. It saying that I already have a membership but actually I don't belong to any team and I cannot see trello boards shared in that group. 

Any idea how I can solve this issue?

It sounds as though you're already a team member, but it's possible that you've been temporarily deactivated, which is why you can't join again.
