Problem with command everyday + completed date + inactivity

Hi, I would ask for your help.

I have two boards a normal one for the team and an archive board for cards older than appr. two weeks (we are using this as calendar thus using normal archiving function wont work). I have created the second board so we can still see old jobs and who did then when while on the working board we have only a limited amount of  cards.

I am using the command “every day at 10:00 am, move each card with a complete due date inactive for more than 12 days to list "archive" on board "Central FSE/FAS Archive board"”

But it does not always seem to work. I had seen cards where the last activity was longer than 12 days ago (indicated on card activity) that were completed and still would not move. On other cards it works. Any idea?
