Automation keeps triggering

I created an automation that should be triggered on a specific list when a card is added to it, however, the automation was being activated on all lists every time a new card was added. In Butler there are no more rules, I deleted everything yet it continues to function, how can I fix this?

Can you check Double your SPAM folder for an email with the subject "Automation keeps triggering"? You can answer that email from Atlassian Support.
