Can I create a rule with two triggers

Luiz Henrique Silva March 7, 2020

I want to create a rule to make a late card add a new label.

For example:

The card with the orange label (executing) is with his due date late and when this happens I want to make a rule that add a label like (late) automatically.

@Luiz Henrique Silva If I understand correctly you want only one trigger, but with an extra condition, like "the moment a card with the orange Executando label is due", you can do this with the filter button in the Butler interface:

Hi Iain!

Thanks for the answer! But I'm not finding this trigger. It's in which category?

Hi Luiz,

You can do this with the Butler 'Due Date' trigger I think.

Trigger

'The moment the card is due'

Actions

'remove the orange {label name} label from the card'

next step

'add the red {label name} label to the card'

(colours for example only, yours may vary!)

You could also then optionally add the 'move to the top of the list' step to your command to make sure it's the top and most visible item.

Personally I rely on the standard yellow then red colouring that Trello use for the approaching and overdue labels they use on the cards, and you can quickly 'sort' any list by due date on the list menu, but there are often different needs and a lot of ways to get there!

Does that do it?

@Luiz Henrique Silva It's in the Butler 'Due Date' category. You only need the one trigger but for it to have multiple actions.

The one @Iain Dooley  describes below is available on the same set of triggers but you have to enable 'Advanced' on the trigger to have the filter icon show.

Hope that helps.
