When you look your items in the home dashboard, you see checklist items that are assigned to you with the name of the board, the name of the card, the name of the checklist item and a link to where you find it in it's card. On the email notification, the card name is missing. There is a link where you are taken to the card however if you just want to look at a glance and be reminded to do something, there isn't a way to know which work item it's referring to. Anybody know how to configure the email notification so that the card name is included?
Hi @Betsy Grebinoski , thanks for raising this issue. I'm also seeing the emails come through without the card name included, and I can see how that would be useful information. I'm putting through a request to our development team to include the card name in checklist notification emails.
Thank you for the response @Andrea Crawford ! Do you have any idea how long a request like this might take?

I'm sorry, I'm not able to give you a timeframe.
I don't know if this workaround would work in your case, but what about giving a more specific name to the checklist itself, possibly even including the card name? I'm attaching an example in the screenshot below. Again, I realize this is a workaround and not as handy as including the card name directly in the email, but it might get you by until this feature is added. Hope this helps!

@Andrea Crawford Thank you for suggesting the workaround. Unfortunately that won't work for our use case. We have a process that's templated and replicated over and over and over (could be 100+) cards from the same template. Each of these cards have their own client name on them to differentiate. Inside the template, there are 5 different checklists that follow the process each client goes through. In order for this workaround to serve, the team would have to go in an change all of the checklist names every time they created a new client card. I don't think they will follow through on that type of step in the process so we will just hope that the feature update is developed fast! Thank you

That makes sense. I'm sorry for the hassle. I'll keep an eye out for updates on the feature request and try to let you know when I see it being worked on.
