I tried to change the power up to another onedrive account. This is not possible. After deleting the one drive power up it is still connected to the previous one drive account. I also tried to change the one drive password. But Trello still tries to connect me to the old one drive account.
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks
Klaus
Hi Klaus,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂
To log out of your current OneDrive session, please click the "Settings" button of your OneDrive Power-Up on your board and select Remove personal settings option:
Then, once try to attach a OneDrive file on any card again, you'll be prompted to log in to your OneDrive account when you can select your preferred one.
Hope this information helps!

Boa tarde!
Estou passando por esse problema também, segui os passos orientdos, mas mesmo assim quando eu tento vincular a conta, já vai para a conta que estava conectadas anteriormente. Tem algo que eu possa fazer?

Hi Bianca,
Can you please log out of your OneDrive account in a separate tab? You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, this would log you out of your OneDrive account, then after you Remove personal settings from the Power-Up, you'll be able to log in to your preferred OneDrive account.
Hope it resolves the problem!

Hi everyone,
I have the same issue. We are a small NGO using Trello. I wanted to check if and how the OneDrive power-up works, so I connected my private account. Now I want to change it to the Business-Account, but sadly I can't find a way.
I tried everything suggested above, however, (after removing the personal settings, signing out of my private OneDrive, deleting cache and activating the power-up again,) it asks me connect OneDrive when I want to add an attachment and as soon as I click that button, it automatically connects the old OneDrive account without asking me, if I want to change it. Obviously it seems to remember my information, even though I'm completely logged out of my OneDrive Account (browser and app).
Any idea, what I can do?
Best regards,
Tobi

Hi Tobi,
Sorry you've gone through all this trouble to no avail.
Please try following the steps again but delete your browser's cookies first. This should prevent you from logging in automatically to your OneDrive account.
Hope this helps! 🙂
