Due date expired automation rule trigger

I want to create a trigger that moves a card to the top of my list or assigns a tag to it when the due date is expired. Is this possible? I couldn't find it unfortunately.

i want to get a notification while due date is going to expired or expired and we need to set a popup notification before one week.

if you go to butler -> due date  you'll get the options to create commands and other things related to the due date. This is a bussines class function though. I couldn't find another way to solve the issue.
