Estou formando um time para um projeto e estou enviando um convite para um colaborador ( Rafael Valente -  rafael@underocean.com.br ), mas o mesmo não está recebendo.

Já fiz diversas tentativas e não tive sucesso.

I suggest first of all to remove your friends email. This is not really the Atlassian support portal, this is where normal and advanced users meet. 

How do you mean you can't verify your account? Are you perhaps using your work email? Trello is not using an Atlassian ID rather than it's own log in credentials.
