It seems the message is trying to tell you that you need to authorize the Power-Up to access your account and the board in order for you to start using it. Which Power-Up are you trying to use on your board? If you know the name, it will make your life a lot easier for you to contact the developers of the Power-Up so they can give you more information about it. 

Still, I'm pretty sure you need to authenticate your account with the Power-Up to use it.
