Our domain changed and we don't have access to our old emails that were used when we set up Trello., Now someone can't remember his password, but we can't retrieve any thing from the old email!

Based on your post, I guess only one member forgot his/her password. We can't do anything about this user.
For others, they need to change their email by doing following steps.
