Preparing a Power-up listing for Trello: animated gifs not showing a preview (link instead)

We have seen other listing displaying animations in gif format, so this should be possible. I have tried several animations all showing a link instead of the animation. Has anyone experienced this issue or can provide help with this? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
