Trello seems to be charging Australian GST on their bills? They can’t do this without providing a tax invoice including an ABN. The receipts you are providing me do say ‘tax invoice’ but do not contain an ABN.

I'm afraid our Billing team isn't a part of the Community. Since they're the only ones overseeing all the billing and tax questions, the best way to get all your questions about tax answered would be to submit a ticket through https://trello.com/contact choosing "Billing" under the "What can we help you with?" section.

I don't have much insight into this issue as there's a separate team here at Atlassian responsible for billing questions. Could I ask you to create a ticket through https://trello.com/contact and select the "Billing" option for your inquiry?

Hi David, did you receive a response to your inquiry? I'm having the same issue, as our accounts team at work need invoices with ABN's in order to process reimbursements and payments.
