Is there a way to uncheck / check all in a list?? Without creating templates/copying cards

Definitely would be a useful feature!

At present, unchecking / checking all in a checklist is not available in Trello. There is an open feature request for this, and I've gone ahead and added this thread to the request. While there is no ETA, I'll pass your interest in this onto our team for consideration! :)

I have also added this thread as an internal comment to this report so that way our engineering team can reference to it and also use it to help align priority. I would also recommend you to visit that suggestion, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel. You can also leave a comment to share your feedback and use case which also helps.

This will help our product and engineering team understand more about which functionalities our users are interested in. Also, when the ticket is updated by our product team, you'll be notified via email.
