-Do we have to upgrate compulsory to Business Plan to access to Workspace?
-Can we keep the things the way they are now?
-When I go to one of my boards and click on the workspace table, I get a message that says "Start free 14-day trial?"
-I am confused. Is it possible to use the Workspace tool for free, or do you need to upgrade?

If we decide to keep everything as it is . What will happen after the 28th April?

Just to clarify - Is that when your 14 day free trial finishes?

I would recommend reading this article by Trello on the changes to workspaces as this should offer more insight in the changes coming >> https://help.trello.com/article/1263-moving-to-workspaces
Put briefly, Trello are changing Trello Teams (what you are using now) to workspaces and are requiring that all boards must exist within a Workspace. This can be done automatically so you do not have to worry.
Please keep in mind this won't change how you use and interact with your boards, it's simply a name change with extra features if you move to a paid plan.

What a horrible user experience. I don't want to hop on a free trial, and I don't want the stupid bar telling me I need to upgrade my workspace.

Do I ever agre. Horrible user experience. "Simply a name change..." but everyone has to figure out what is all about, wonder what gets "broken" while bugs are sorted out, and determine what one needs to do. Poorly done, poorly explained, poorly presented, I would label this a PR debacle.
