column disappearing and cards moving around

The other day I opened my Trello board to find a column missing and the titles of my other columns moved around.  Also cards had moved around to different columns.  I'm still having recurring cards pop up in the wrong column.  To move a card to a different column, I have to manually drag it to the new column instead of using the Move button.  When I press the Move button it may or may not show the column I want to move to.

I think my problems began the day the servers went down.

@Andrew Leuthold you can see all card moves in the activity feed on the board, can you take a look in there and see those movements being made and by whom? Unfortunately list name changes and position moves don't show up in the activity feed.

Thanks for your suggestion. 

I think I discovered the issue.  When I'm in the Firefox browser, the column headers are different from when I'm using the Chrome browser.  Is this possible?  Why should it matter which browser I use?

Hey @Andrew Leuthold that's very strange. Let's try starting with a clean slate to see if that helps. Would you mind clearing your cookies and cache in both browsers, and disable any extensions you have enabled as well please?
