1) I have a work Space I have invited my team to my work space and I can not locate the workspace members list, where is it?

2) why do I then have to invite each workspace member to each board and each card on each board. it is confusing and excessive.

3) please explain the difference between workspace members and Board members and card members .

Hello @Prime Energy ,

I wanted to provide some guidance on workspace and board memberships:

1) To access workspace members, navigate to the left menu on your screen, located just below the workspace name.

2) Workspace members can join boards if they are already part of the workspace. Simply click on the board and select "Join."

3) Workspace members have the privilege to join any board within the workspace.

However, board members have access only to the specific board they've been invited to.

Please note that card members are distinct; they are members added to a card who must also be part of the board.

Thank you Toni, That is clear and concise. I apricate it.

How do I turn off the email I get when I have invited a workspace member to a board or card. Not everyone reply's to the invite as they can use the boards and cards with out replying so it would help if I could turn it off.

Hi @Prime Energy ,

I am not 100% sure about what are you trying to achieve but if you go to your notification center in Trello and click on the option menu, maybe choosing "never" send notifications by email you could get it. 

There is a link to check all your notifications preferences so maybe there you will find something that fits you better.
