yesterday my whole crew reported to me that they can no longer expand the attachment list in any of my cards on the trello app. I have since noticed this issues on both of my own phones.
I have tried re-downloading the app, creating/signing into other accounts nothing seems to be fixing it on my end.
any help would be appreciated this is causing and issue on one of my jobs.
Go to the app store on your device, find the Trello app and upgrade. That fixed it for me.
Hi they must have just released an update as I was on the App Store yesterday and there was no update but today there is an update for it and the update has fixed the issue. Thanks for you response

I do experience the same on my mobile devices but not on the desktop website.
Not being able to access all attachments causes major issues during work.
All (Android?) Trello app users might be affected. It only started happening very recently, maybe introduced by the latest app release.
This urgently needs attention by the QA team.

Reports from my crew is that its on both iOS and Androids and like you said the desktop site seems to working perfectly fine, the only issue seems to be on the app itself.
