Is it possible to reset Workspace Administrator?

Can I add a currently user as another workspace admin before removing the original workspace admin?

HI TXM, welcome to the community! :)

Yep, it's possible to add another Workspace admin and remove the original admin: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-an-admin-to-a-workspace/

First you invite them as a normal member, and then change them to admin.
