Why does Butler fail to find a correctly named board to complete task?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I create a rule to copy one card to a list in another board Butler fails to complete the rule task because it cannot find the board. The board is correctly named and not new to the account. Any advice on how to get Butler to recognize this board and complete the rule?
