After reading the new Trello updates I would like to know how this will affect us in regards to our external clients. We use Trello free to communicate with our clients and let them see change tickets without giving them access to our Jira projects.
Is this update saying that on April 14th we will now have to pay for these external clients and they will have to have an email associated with our company if they don't already use an atlassian product? I'm confused how this is going to effect our billing.
Hi Dan, it is hard to give a very specific answer for your question in this channel. I will try to point out to some resources that may help you get a general idea:

If you still have questions I would ask you to write us at trello.com/contact (Ask Trello Support) so we can discuss anything specific to your scenario.
Basically, user you add to a Trello board count as paying users.
