×I signed up to discover the free version of business class for my teaching team, but I didn't necessarily want to subscribe. As I had filled in my credit card details, it was debited on October 19, 2020 "Receipt #: 2207321-6HFATUKK Date: 19/10/2020 15:06:16"; I cancelled the automatic activation of my subscription to business class, but it was too late; my bank account was debited without the possibility to ask for it to be credited again.
No contact available for such a request.
How do I proceed with the fees collected by trello for a cancelled one-year subscription?

You'll want to contact Atlassian Billing Support. Looks like you can get a refund if you open a case within 30 days of the agreement. If you go to the link below, there's a button for Payments & Refunds.
